Polehan –Adanya komponen kesehatan tubuh dengan cara melakukan kegiatan senam pagi di hari di halaman sekolah, bertujuan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang sehat serta memberikan penyegaran dan rasa segar, Upaya meningkatkan imun tubuh di era pandemi covid-19 yakni Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Karyawan & Penjaga Sekolah.

Upaya itulah yang saat ini dilakukan oleh pihak SDN Polehan 2 , agar seluruh warga di sekolah itu bisa terus mempertahankan serta menjaga kesehatan tubuhnya.

Kepala SDN Polehan 2  Dra. Suci Suprihatin menuturkan, pihaknya telah memprogramkan kegiatan olahraga kesehatan bagi seluruh tenaga pendidik dan karyawan yakni dengan melaksanakan olahraga senam setiap Jumat pagi.

“Kegiatan senam yang dilaksanakan setiap Jumat pagi sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi seluruh warga sekolah ini (SDN Polehan 2, red). Itu dimaksudkan agar seluruh warga sekolah tetap terlihat sehat saat melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar daring.

Dijelaskannya, dalam era pandemi pelaksanaan senam pun tetap mengikuti protokol kesehatan dan menjaga jarak, Teraturnya kegiatan olahraga senam tersebut, pihak sekolah menugaskan para guru olahraga untuk menjadi instruktur  dalam setiap melaksanakan kegiatan senam.

Sementara itu, Guru PJOK selaku instruktur senam, Moh Makhin, S.Pd mengatakan, senam yang di contohkan adalah  gerakan senam rutinitas yakni senam UKS, Senam Mencuci Tangan dan akhiri dengan senam Maumere.
